Can you get your money back...or, get them to repair it.
Check to see if it has any recalls. You may get it fixed for free (or at least reimbursed)

I love Chrysler because I had a Concorde and it was the best car ever. The cirrus is cheap, though. I rented one and the transmission flipped out driving up a steep hill in Seattle.

You got took easy on a 1999 Cirrus for more than 3800.00 no matter the mileage....

A used car like this is only as good as IN how its been takin care of by its owners...

If you can't get your money back, lets look at the problems.

Noise when putting it into gear or change gears is very hard with out hearing it. You need to have someone test drive it with you so they can hear it...

Noise when stopping, 90% of the time are Brakes get them checked...

Good Luck ... Make sure they check your motor mounts also...

I know you've already paid for the car but you might want to get a Car Fax or go to your local Chrysler Service Dept give them the VIN and ask them to get you any Warranty Service records that is in their Warranty computer so you know whats been replaced.

5G's seems like a way to much, since it is a good car. Chrysler's are know for their transmission problems according to my mechanic.

my opion I don't care much for their cars... the truck line is very good..
I too think you paid a bit too much. You should check to see if your state has a Lemon law before you take it back to the company, you bought it from, for repairs.
