.Pain pain pain! what a common question nowadays! Pain is a major problem and pain is the worst! pain management is what you need. I take all of the pain meds you mention,Tramadol Soma and Ultram to manage the pain. Pain can be classified as either acute pain or chronic pain. Acute pain is a direct biological response to disease, inflammation, or tissue damage, It may be either continuous or recurrent. Acute pain serves the long-term wellbeing of humans and the higher animals by alerting them to an injury or condition that needs treatment. In humans, acute pain is often accompanied by anxiety and emotional distress.

As for cramps. I used to have them terrible! I would be hunched over in pain in bed for a day with a heating pad and Advil. After having my kids they have not ever been as bad!

As for pain in general I have never had constant pain that some people live with daily. My dad does. He has had terrible life debilitating pain. He had a stroke and his right side has been in pain for years bec of it. He had shots in his spine to numb the nerves that didn't help. He just a few days ago had an implant put in that stimulates the nerves. Since then he has been much happier. His pain has stopped. It is like electrical shocking his nerves. What ever it does he is a much happier person and in no more pain!

I have arthritis complicated by my ankle joints having more or less disintegrated. Pain is indeed a way of life, especially if I have to walk somewhere. Tramadol just makes me nervous. What works best for me, if sleep is the goal, is Nyquil or Benadryl. Available OTC at a reasonable price, and the standard dose will let you sleep. I have yet to find anything that kills the pain and lets me stay awake, though.

The ibuprofen stops the agony, the progesterone fixes the main issue for the following time round, for me a minimum of.

Tramadol & Ultram are the same thing; (Tramadol is the generic version). Those are both the same thing as Ultracet, except Ultracet has the Tramadol ingredient combined with Acetomenephine. I would recommend those over Somas. Hydrocodone works better than either of those...All of them are addictive, so be careful.
