Recommendation for PCI-E graphic card?

I bought an HP Pavilion that has a Pentium 4, 3.0 GHz Processor, and 1 Gig of RAM. It has an Integrated ATI Radeon Xpress HyperMemory but I don't think that will be sufficient for Counter Strike Source which is all I play on my computer. My power supply is only 300 watt so I need recommendations on the best PCI-E graphics card I can get that fit the wattage restrictions. Thanks for the help.

I think I'd go for a larger power supply. I'm running a GeForce 6800 extreme on an Athlon 64 -3200. Not the best vid card out there but have room to expand due to 500watt power supply,,:-)=
