There arent many big cats in the world - the only ones that count to zoologists are the Lion, Tiger, Leopard & Jaguar, Thats it, cougars (or mountain lions or pumas or whatever you want to call them) and everything else dont count as big cats.

You could try looking to see if there was a prehistoric big cat, perhaps some sabre tooth beginning with A but there's none extant today.

The only one I can think of that hasn't been mentioned is the Anatolian leopard - bit heftier than its african cousins.
