Nope. Dont lead men on because i dont like them! At least not romantically. (im a lesbian. Hint: this is the Gay & lesbian section) But when i was younger & dumber, and was trying to kid myself into believing i was into men, i still didnt lead them on. For what? all it does is create childish drama & problems.

I don't lead men on because I don't want a guy, I'm not attracted to, following me around. And if he thinks I'm leading him on, then it's his own warped perception. I'm honest but I know there are a lot of women who do lead men on. It's not entirely their fault when most of us know that there are men who claim to want a woman who is truthful and straight-forward...that is just not true! There are women who lead men on for their own selfish reasons, but there are just as many if not more who lead men on because they don't want to be the bad guy...er...girl. Most societies have taught us to be passive-aggressive, not assertive.

And there's still much to be said about the men who lead women around. Whether or not they realize it, they do it. And it's not like all men are dumb and all women are devious. There are plenty exceptions to this outdated "rule".

I'm not convinced all women lead men on, OR that all men "fall for it".

Flirting is fun.... no harm done.

Challenge is fun...

Perhaps it's about different expectations from similar actions?

One person's "lead-on" is another person's "leave me alone"?

Why do men ask for phone numbers, say they will call and then do not???????

I don't lead men on, I'm very blunt. Research has shown that men misinterpret women's friendliness as being more than that. Sometimes it isn't that we are leading you on, it is that you are seeing what you want to see, instead of being in tune with reality.

Some women are insecure little cockteases, who get an ego boost when a guy (or a lesbian) is attracted to them.

Guys fall for it because some men get so lonely, horny and desperate that we'll make a move on any girl, even if she's obviously a ********* who wouldn't dream of getting with us in a million years. (some lesbians fall for these chicks too - I've seen it happen!)

I don't know that this is a fair question. I have never led a man on but I have been led on many, many times (over 70 "relationships"). I can say in almost every relationship I have been led on. I think this is a question based on perspective.

Most women are closet sluts. And most men think with the wrong head.
