I am very courteous.
I always move aside for people, I have a pushchair and a small child and so have to move the pushchair over and my daughter steps into line with me to let people past.
It's rare that people say thank you which gives me 'inside' path rage. I don't show it but I just think it's not hard to say thanks, or even sorry. I often say sorry when people step out in front of me or bump into me. I don't know why I do, just habit, most the time it's not my fault!
It woudl just be nice if someone else would step aside every once in a while.

Depends, if I'm in London I develop a sharp elbow because I get fed-up with just being walked into and people trying to knock me off the pavement. Generally I am a good pedestrian and try to avoid walking into people and get out of the way of elderly people or people with pushchairs.
I get platform rage when I'm hurrying for a train and people mill aimlessly and drag those little pull-along suitcases all over the place. As a rule I try to reflect what is going on around me so that I fit the pattern.

I am very courteous and enjoy greeting other walkers. Path rage? What is that? Are the other people in my way?

But then it depends upon why you are on the pathway. Those in a hurry to walk to an office or appointment may well get irritated if there is not room to walk fast and purposefully. I am usually on the path for recreation. No rage here!

I'm generally courteous to other pedestrians, but I'm often fuming inside. I do have a habit at sighing or shaking my head at cyclists who go through red lights or over zebra crossings though - that bothers me more than anything else. Why do they think they have right of way over everyone else?

Definitely get path rage! Time and time again I think there should be two lanes on a footpath - one for slow walkers and one for fast walkers!

And don't get me started on groups of three or four who spread out and take up the whole width of the path.......

I am no longer polite, I say 'SCUSE ME' really loudly and barge through, or 'Do you MIND', and glare as I go past.

Funny enough, I'm a much more patient driver, I rarely get road rage!

I used to be courteous until i realised that no one else was and I'd constantly be letting others past etc whilst they didn't even acknowledge. Now I definitely get path rage!

Most of the time, I am very courteous, but it does my head in when people just stop dead in front of you to either look in a shop window or to chat to someone coming in the opposite direction! I mean when driving a car you have break lights and a mirror, so wot the feck is wrong with someone taking a quick glance over their shoulder b4 they stop? if one is pushing a pram and hit this person in the ankles, they have the most to say!
Unbelievable!
