I really don't see anybody else on Raw, besides the ones that have already had it and don't need the Title right now (Edge, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, etc.) , that deserves to have the WWE Title more (no matter what you say Carlito, Jeff Hardy, and Nitro are not ready. Especially Carlito, because the WWE is still trying to find a good storyline for him and they are still mad that he was slacking off during most of the beginning of the year. The reason Carlito won't get a shot is the same reason Shelton won't, it is because they have known to be lazy at times).

Orton is good on a mic (sometimes), and for some reason some of the wrestlers hold a lot of faith in him being the future...
that said... have you ever counted how many moves he has? Sit down sometime and watch a match with him... really watch it... count how many REAL moves he does. You'll find the headlock to be a favorite of his, but honestly, there aren't many of them up his sleeve.
Oh, and the reason Carlito won't get anything right now is because Shawn Michaels refuses to work with him... Carlito definitely deserves a push, and I just hope they figure out a way to do it soon.

He shouldnt even have the tag Title just look at RVD he got caught with drugs and he is getting ****** on ECW by Vince yet Orton gets a title and he been caught with drugs 3 times that aint rite

NOPE! He had an opportunity and he couldnt hang as a main eventor. Why do you think he was only champion for 1 month and hasnt had a title reign since? Hes just not that good.

Not me. The guy has talent but he is a trouble off the stage. Getting caught smoking joint ? what up with that ? he is not a friendly person to fans. Once when fan chant bad things at him ,he had the fan being kick out. The guy got attitude problem. In addition , he was dishonorably discharge from military.

No I don't think Randy should get a shot Yeah hes got some good moves and his entrance theme really rocks but i didn't like him on smackdown and i still don't see whats so great. Personally i think hes arrogant and He needs to be dropped period.
