I was snooping through my sons room today and came across a ziploc bag rapped up with a rubberband. It looked to me like rice at first but than upon a closer look I have no idea what it is. The bag is probably about the size of a baseball. It looks like white or semi clear pieces about the size of rice.
Anyone know what this is? I have have caught him smoking pot before but I think this may be some serious drugs. He is gone for the weekend so please help!

That's either ice or meth. You should ask him about it or tell him that you can have the police identify it for you. Either way, I would say this young man needs some serious help.

sounds like you found some meth. or coke, maybe crack. all pretty much the same. bad stuff, send him to rehab, even if hes not addicted, it helps kids realize why they are diong drugs, and helps them be able to say no.

Ice or crystal meth!!!! sell it...no don't...that was my bad side talkin..Seriously, if it has a strong odor....sell it....will you stop that..he is such an asshole...turn it into the cops and say it is his...then get him help!!

have you smelled it? It may be meth. Meth looks a lot like crystals though. So be careful. Good luck hun.

why were you snooping in his room in the first place?
I agree that you should be concerned, but when you sneak around he isn't going to trust you anymore, and you won't be able to trust him either..
