Have you been to the San Diego Bay Parade of Lights?

What should I expect? should i bring a blanket or will there be too many people so everyone stands? also, any tips on where to park and good spots to sit are much appreciated!!!

Harbor Island is a good spot, get there early for a parking spot. Also, there are more than one so make sure it's the harbor parade. Most everyone brings beach chairs and blankets; it gets very cold at night by the water this time of year. You should go.

I have lived in San Diego all my life, except for now. Never been to the parade, but it is usually very chilly and there are lots of people, too. It's quite an event. You should love it.
