She probably loves her since she's a cash cow. Seriously, I kind of doubt the Hilton family is held together based on the bonds of true love. As long as Paris keeps bringing in the dough, her mom will continue to love her. They're all pretty much a waste of space in my opinion.

probably spoiled. Her mom probably tells people she was adopted:) I would be embarrassed if she was my daughter I would still love her but I would snatch her up and give her a piece of my mind and tell her to stay away from Britney for sure

infact, i know i read somewhere that her parents were HAPPY about her porn movie she made, because it launched her career as a socialite.
