Hahaha....I think you already know the answer to your question! Who's going to subsidize the price of a phone without a contract? Good luck finding it cheaper than $350!! Either shell out the dough or suck it up and buy it on eBay.

Have you tried on the Motorola website? I don't know if I'll be at a discount price, but you can usually purchase it without a contract. At certain cell phone companies they will sell you a phone without a contract, but be sure it wont be at a discounted price.
