nope...mine is automatic, so i play with the handbrake instead :)

not very often but I have; if the lights real long and I get antsy then I'll throw the shifter through the gears
I don't rock the car back and forth though I have in the past maybe once or twice

No. You could eventually burn the clutch out doing that.

sometimes.
i usually like to edge forward a few centimeteres at a time while at the lights.
not good for my clutch but who cares.
