I doubt the fuel pressure is changing but you can make a cheapo test gauge from a household water pressure gauge for 6 bucks at Ace hardware, and get a fitting to put a fuel injection line on and T it off at the regulator,, I think more you need to clean the throttle body with cleaner, ( take hose off from AFM) spray it clean,,,

check your plugs and also what i have done is take some 12 gauge wire and a hose clamp and clamp it to the O2 sensor and ground it as these older cars have a one wire O2 sensor and if the ground gets rusty you have problems,

there's a trick to make it bypass. you're able to desire to characteristic some white gasoline to the tank, like metohydrate is the ideal, it somewhat is going to burn plenty warmer and deplete each and all of the gases in the previous they attain the tail pipe. I heard of somebody who did this on an previous Datsun that would not bypass and have been given it to bypass yet do it with merely a small volume of gasoline interior the tank and then after the attempt you could suitable up the tank with gasoline to dilute the white gasoline by using fact it is not that solid on your engine to maintain working it on that. desire this helps.
