Already on high dose painkillers for the pain, awaiting an appointment at the womens clinic but at least a 3 months waiting list. When the pain is at its worth I can not walk to end of the road or lift my son.

Should also mention I have the implant fitted and the pain has increased since the birth of my son just under 2 years ago.

You could try some lternative medicine, such as accupuncture, reflexology, some people find canabis helps alot with the pain.

A heat pad helps. I know what you are going through, ask the dr for birth control pills or the patch they help so much!

well your firstly lucky to have your son congrats !!! I would say regular excersize and a good old hot water bottle and plenty of fluid i have it and i empathise xxx

I use diclofenac and paracetamol, it does help. And definately a heat pack
