NO sex, just dominoes. He used to be a good advocate for Viagra. Maybe his heart couldn't take it anymore. Not sure if they have boyfriends. Hefner is their boyfriend. The girlfriends seem to not know much of anything. They get excited for a party about nothing... they throw lots of parties.

Actually like a month ago he said that he was bored of "doing it" so now they just play dominoes. Im not kidding look it up on google.

Yes, he does have sex with all three. His main girlfriend, whom he's been with for five years is Holly. She insist that she loves him.
