If there isnt, Will I be able to restore it easily and make it work again if I want in future?

just disable it in the device manager

Yes its possible to disable;
Click start-control panel- Mouse(Mouse properties)-hardware then diactivate the touch pad by activating the external mouse

Nope. Your only other option now would be to add more RAM to your computer. But be sure to check with the manufacture, as your computer can only hold a certain ammount of RAM.
