There are a couple of websites where you can get free music, but I can't recall any of the names, which is kind of a good thing.....websites that give you free music usually send viruses to your computer. My friend went crazy downloading songs off of those websites and she had to get a new computer because the websites gave her computer like 21 different viruses.

What kind of free music are you talking about? There's Pandora which I love or there are many radio stations online to choose from. If you want to download music for free there is always limewire which is pretty easy to use.

There are no legitimate free music sites......My suggestion to you is to try a 2P2 client (Peer to Peer) like Limewire. You should make a mental note that this could subject you to copyright infringement though.I personally use Shareaza, it links to many other clients for a large selection...Hope this helps you.

If you don't wanna use a program like Limewire, and just wanna listen to any tracks by genre of similar artists, i suggest you go to www.last.fm and sign up. Or if you need to listen to latest singles try purevolume.com and search it up.
