I'd change places with my boss and take down the sign he has saying 'No I don't have a minute', and tell all the staff my door is always open. This would be in writing on his desk so he knew what he had agreed the next day.

There is nobody on the face of the planet with whom I would want to change places. I am so happy within myself, my life, my home etc., that I keep pinching myself to make sure it is not just a beautiful dream.
