I think that if we were all honest, we'd have to say that we are "only attracted to beautiful people." We each have our own perceptions of what beautiful is. Sure, there are some common traits that most people find "attractive," but "beautiful" is a unique combination of these "attractive" traits that is unique to each individual. This is evident even in the simple fact that some people are attracted to women and others men (and some both). The important thing is, as stated above, that you treat those you find not beautiful with the same respect that you treat those you adore with.

No.....what is shallow is this:
Treating beauty as Good......Assuming all sorts of good effects that would accompany beauty.....making them out to be more important than ugly people.
Being how beauty is genetics mostly....ideally, you shouldn't hold anyone who is beautiful in a higher regard just based on that fact....it just means you'd like to F*** them more and they're nice to look at....
On the other hand.....dressing well, putting together an image, and maintaining a great body display many admirable traits and creative possessed by the individual. Arguably, that kind of beauty is respectable since it displays character rather than genetic luck.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder
inner beauty is what is important
and for a laugh remember the old song
" if you want to be happy for the rest of your life
never make a pretty woman your wife
from the practical point of view
get an ugly girl to marry you"
how do you know that beautiful person you care about wont leave you for someone they think is more beautiful

Talking of attraction, you are normal.
But if you are unable to associate with less attractive people well in normal walks of life, you may be holding an unusually high opinion of yrself - in which case you are shallow.

No. Everybody is attracted to beautiful people. Shallow people are more like the the kind of people that wouldn't even give ugly people the time of day.

no. It's what other things u do that make u shallow or deep; not who ur attracted to. If u only focus on one thing, then I would say yes; but if ur into attractive ppl, but u also remember to help those who aren't, and u remember to befriend others, and don't exclude others, ur ok. I don't think attraction and love can be controlled. U can't help who ur attracted to or fall for.

It depends on what your definition of beauty is. If it is just looks without regard to anything else - then yes that is basically the definition of shallow. Not that there is anything wrong with that. We can't help what we like after all.

No, nature "programmed" us to be attracted to good looking people because then we will (hopefully) make more beautiful people and that's how the human race continues. When one sees another person to which he/she is attracted to, one naturally wants to make more attractive people with that person. If one sees someone who he/she is not attracted to, one will not want to reproduce with that individual. We were suppposed to only reproduce with good looking people but humans have quickily and correctly realized that this is not the way to live. Our society is shaped so that even those who are not extreamly good-looking still have a very good chance at finding a spouse and succeeding.

I noticed that no one is really beautiful in the artificial definition of the word that relates to perfection. Everyone is flawed and that is truly what makes them attractive, individuality, and a nice azz, that helps to.
