Both above are right take dad out and don't touch them...Some hamsters eat their babies if they think they are sick and if they smeel like you she will probably eat them. Keep her well fed and watered and wait until the babies are not nursing any more to clean the cage.

Just make sure the cage is clean and she has plenty of food and water. If you do handle the babies put on gloves and rub them on mama first. Her scent will get on the gloves and you then can handle the babies.
