My choices are between a vulture and a Nile croc.
The croc is the largest and toughest predator in frica. With only only other crocs, humans, & hippos as enemys.But.When push comes to shove. The vulture is my choice. While other animals die in the harsh enviroment vultures are still thriving. They can handle the deadly viruses in dead animals.

I would pick Homo Sapiens. I would rather be a human that preys on flesh and lives in Africa then either a vulture or a Nile croc

There's roughly a dozen species of African vultures. I can narrow it down to the griffon vulture, Gyps fulvus. Driver ants, also called siafu, are the name of the ants that can kill anything in their path that does not get out of their way. They used to be called African Army Ants. Those are quite impressive and formidable hymenoptera, but I would not want to actually be an ant.

Also it is not spelled parana, but piranha, and they live in South America, not Africa, though very impressive fish.

I forget the name of the ant but it attacks chickens and other small animals and will also kill a human in their sleep by swarming the head and crawling down the throat. God I wish I could remember the name.

Hyenas do pretty well too, they can eat the most filthy rotten of carcases. Maybe I want to be an hyena?
