Its just because you are through with 13 teen , and headed twards 18 and this means almost to adult age right in the middle of 21 so I guess this means still a young girl but headed for a beautiful woman .

how true...i am a mum of 3, and although they arnt 16 yet (15, 13, 11) i really cant see them turning sweet when they reach 16!!!!!!
