Try this: rub olive oil into your skin just before washing it. Also put a few drops of olive oil or coconut oil in your regular moisturizer.

OK, in winter your dries because of the climate and less moisture is in the air. Since you have a combination skin, I would recommend that you use lacticare lotion, carmol 10 lotion, purpose dry skin cream, or aquacare-HP cream or lotion. they worked wonders on skin and winter is the worse time for my legs. but also just for some general information avoid anti-bacterial soaps they take away all the natural moisturizers so go to www.du.edu/duhealth/resources/handouts/dry_skin.html that's where I got my information. So I hope this helps because I know it never feels good to have dry skin, and especially in winter.

Osmotics Illuminating Balancing Complex comes equipped with an SPF 15 and is designed for combination skin types. The oil-free moisturizer provides balanced hydration while protecting skin from environmental pollution, the sun's harmful rays, especially during fall/winter season in which the skin is drier than normal. In addition to providing hydration and sun protection, this product, which comes in a 3.4 ounce bottle and can be purchased for $60, is believed to greatly reduce the visible signs of aging.

If you go to stores and find the cosmetics section, you should find a whole isle of products. Find a product that suits your needs. Vaseline for Dry skin works well, along with St. Ives for facial care.

Petroleum jelly is a great winter moisturizer. It locks moisture in and it's long lasting and it'll stand up to brutal cold winter days.

Drink at least 8 or more glasses a day. Shower just once and with warm water, not hot. Don't scrub in the shower. Moisturize with Dove intestive moisurizer or one of your favorites.
