In oblivion elder scrolls 4 for the 360, i have a huge problem with one of the quests:?

Dear Yahooligans,

I am asking this question regarding the very first quest you are assigned the moment you get out of the Prison. I have to take martin and some other guy, to this fort on a very tall mountain, I forgot what the fort was called, but i believe this was the 3 part of the quest. The only problem is that i had to go trhough bravil, and i got arrested for property theft, and so now when i want to complete the quest, i can't find Martin and the other guy; even if i wait in Bravil or the fort. I have been waiting night and day, and i got fed up, i waited more than 68 in -game -hours every 30 human minutes, and i play 8 hours a week, so that is a ratio f 1:8.5 can someone please tell me how i can overcome this problem.

By the way, the quest i am talking about , is the first one where you must find the new heir.

The very very first one.

The temple is called cloud ruler temple

Buster, I know what your talking about. But the simplest solution is since your at the very beginning of the game, just start the game over. You should have saved the game before you went through the sewer grate so you don't have to go through the prison scenes again or create your character all over again.
