KY makes a really good warming gel. They also have a mist that is great because it keeps you from getting your hands messy. Just spray and go!

you might want to try some samples you never know you may have a reacton to one and not the other try looking up websites for k-y-jelly or other brand names you can think of you can ask for a sample that they will send you in the mail
