Well, one sign is that you have not been that far yet... haha.
Other then that, you will know when you have a great orgasm.
Basically if you are a girl asking this then... If you have not been able to Ejaculate then you have not had a really powerful orgasm. Evervy female can ejaculate it is just knowing how to do it.
