my sister is taking birth control pills. What does that mean, Does that mean she had sex???

it could mean she has....or it could be for regulation of her period....whats her age? medical problems? think on these things....dont panic

no not all girls on birth control are having sex. the hormones in the pills help to regulate hormones in their bodies

no not always she could just be on them to make her period regular if you dont know what this means it means so they come the same time every month and so she dont have a period and then spot off and on until her next period.i was 15 when i got on the pill and didnt have sex till i was 17 because my periods were crazy.

its not only used to prevent pregnancy. Its also used to regulate periods, help ease painful periods among other things.
