Deodorant covers the smell of perspiring and antiperspirant stops you from perspiring to begin with.
Yes, you can get a product with both, and I would recommend it, b/c they work the best!

Secret and Degree are both high quality antiperspirant/deoderant combos.
If you have excessive sweating, Certain-Dri is a great product you put on your underarms before bed to help close off the pores of the armpit, blocking perspiration.
