Humans will not do anything about global warming because that would me cutting down on our factory use and car use or finding better ways to power them which would cost a lot of money. Also the human races does not like change and inorder to stop global warming there would have to be many reforms in the way we do things.Eventhough global warming is a major issue most humans would rather protend that it will not effect them, but it already is because if you live up north you already notice that there is less and less snow every year.Another thing is that it would have to take the majority of the population on Earth to act all at once for it even to make the slightest bit of difference.

Humans have very little impact on global warming.

for example- glaciers formed the great lakes but there hasn't been a glacier within 200 miles of the great lakes for all of recorded history. So, global warming started tens of thousands of years ago- back when cromagnum man was walking the earth.

Sometimes we (humans) give ourselves too much credit for the limited powers we possess. The world of nature is on a course that man cannot control. However, those seeking political power grab on to scare tactics to coerce people people into thinking there is a huge looming disaster and only they can save us.

Now we are looking at regulating C02 emissions- well guess what folks, every breathing adult gives off 200 pounds of CO2 per year. Mother nature has a way of dealing with this "pollution" such as using trees and plantlife.

If crack smoking idiots would GET A BRAIN and realize the pseudoscience of climatology ala AL GORE IS nothing more then the schizophrenic rantings of a lunatic.

Get a grip and take some geology courses, Over the 4.6 billion year life of our planet we've witnessed periods of extremes in temp, CO2, O2, NO2, and all the rantings in the world will not change the fact the IDIOTS buy into myths.

Humans have no more control of the climate then we have at stopping a volcano from eruption. Kind of like diahrrea.. Try to stop something for naught, you still soil yourself.

Read Michael Crichton's State of Fear as far as climate myths go this is how to view the globalist/Global warming buffoons. Power hungry commies bent on one thing world control of people..

In order for enough people to change their habits to counter global warming, there needs to be an economic incentive. Eventually governments may step in and put more restrictions on oil use or mandate an increased use of solar cells.
If humans aren't impacted financially, then I don't think that they will change.

Since temperature (i.e. global warming) is the result of so many factors including, tilt of earth's axis, distance to sun, solar output, particulates both natural and man-made in the atmosphere, chemicals in the atmosphere (i.e. H2SO4), concentrations of so called greehouse gases such as CO2, methane, etc.., concentration of water vapor (the major greenhouse gas), amount of cloud cover, amount of snow cover reflecting solar radiation, on and on, why focus on CO2. The political focus on CO2 is simply that it is the one factor that can be blamed on industry and the western world. It has more to do with extracting money and taxes than science. It is in fact pure psuedoscience or worse, an outright hoax.

Continue to accelerate it. Right up to the point of starting the next Ice Age, then the cockroaches will take over and run this place right.

a few humans will do anything, but the majority have the opinion that it's not going to happen in their lifetimes, so let others worry about it. Sad, but true
