it is only possible to be stopped having parental rights if a judge rules that the child could be in danger if visitation is allowed before any ruling he would in volve cafcass a court and family intermeditary even then he could give supervised visits whereby there would be a cafcass officer presant in extreme cases he might only order indirect acess which is where you dont actually get to see the child in person but you ger contact through letters photos etc it is very rare for no sort of contact at all to be ordered as the judge will say its the childs right to know both parents

depends on what country you are in. As far as US law goes, unless there is a court order you cannot bar the other parent access to the child(ren) without a court order. Both parents have automatic joint custody. and even then, unless one parent os outright trying to kill his/her own child the judge will grant visitation. so the wife herself has no say so on when to see the child(ren)

No it's not possible for her to stop you seeing your child. Go to see a solicitor. They will get you contact with your child, if your wife doesn't agree then they will arrange supervised contact. It can drag on for a while but as long as you are not a risk to your child there shouldn't be a problem. The sooner you go and find a solicitor the sooner you will get help

Not usually. In most cases the judges will grant a certain amount of access to the other partner--weekend visits, that sort of thing.

no the judge usually orders some kind of visitation and whatever he ordered she has to abide by unless he changes it but to change it she would have to go to court again so if she is not letting you see you child then you need to get ahold of the courts and let them know and if there is no visitation decree then you need to get a laywer and get one ....you have rights too

Sounds like you need a lawyer... AFAIK, unless there's a really good reason, the courts would grant at least some access.

WOMEN PLEASE STOP PREVENTING DADS FROM SEEING THEIR CHILDREN. JUST BECAUSE YOU HATE YOUR HUSBAND, OR SOON TO BE EX, ITS NOT RIGHT, NOR FAIR TO THE KIDS. THEY LOVE, AND FEEL A STRONG DESIRE TO BE LOVED BY BOTH PARENTS. FOR THE WOMEN THAT WILL SAY THEY ARE PROTECTING THEIR CHILDREN FROM AN ANGRY, VIOLENT DAD, YOU MAKE ME SICK. WOMEN WOULD GET TWICE AS MAD OR VIOLENT IF MEN WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM SEEING THEIR CHILDREN. THEY WOULDN'T BE MAD IF YOU WOULD JUST LET THEM SEE THE KIDS. THATS WHAT THEY ARE MAD AT. Not in all cases, i'm sure there are assholes that just are violent, but they are a minority. Its when a Dad is kepted out of their kids lives (which is upsetting) then its turned around on them as characteristics of violence.!!!!!!!

No. By law you have every right to see your children. You need to go to family court and get a visitation order. If see violates the order she could be arrested

No she would have to take you court to prove you were an unfit father or a danger to the child in anyway.
