First you need to switch your blades more often, Second you can rub half a lemon on the area, the citris brakes up the build up, weird I know but it worked for some friends of mine. But make shur that there are no cuts on the area because thats unnessisary pain.

There are skin lightening creams they sell near facial care that really work. I'd talk to a dermatologist as well. It would help if you said what area of your body though. Shave less often, use better cream!

i hope it's not your face because girls don't do that. If you shave in the same spot over and over. The hait in that spot will grow faster and THICKER. you should shave less. is shave my face once a month and i look like i have no hair. OR when you shave have the blade facing up not down. it gets all the hairs.

Use a hair removing cream - they're good as the hair grows back finer!
