I don't know about the rest of the country but we do have something similiar to that here in Kansas City. The restraunt is called "Ci Ci's" Obviously they can only make the type of pizza that they have the ingredients on hand for, but I once saw em make a macaroni and cheese pizza for a little kid...it sure looked interesting. lol

Honestly, I don't think it much different than a regular pizza place where you can order it the way you wish by choosing assorted different toppings.
