He brags all the time how he is beating the system. He brags on he doesn't have to work , he is getting the government to take care of him. It just makes me angry because of his attitude. SO the questions is now what would you do?

Well good for him!! Let him be a bum and "beat the system" ultimately he will have to deal with the fact his life has been a waste. If you're working for a living and doing it the best way you know how, thats all that matters. Snitching on that guy is not gonna make you happier I guarentee it (it may make you feel a bit of satisfaction, but not much) because its not your place. It makes you mad but just know that he is not morally right and that karma will come into play and he will get his without you snitching on him. I do understand though...it would make me mad too, but I would let him be a bum and know that I have a much more fufilling life then he could ever hope to have

If he is drawing the social security under false pretenses then I am sure the local ss office would love to hear about it. Is he one of the people who swears they have a bad back and can't work and then loads their trailer with firewood they have just chopped the next day? If so, pull out the video camera and catch it all on tape....the ss office would love to hear from you!
Don't feel at all guilty...it's your money that pays ss...so basically he's living off you!

If you suspect that he is collecting SS as a result of fraud, then report him (see link below), because he is stealing money.
If he is collecting SS legitimately, there is nothing you can do except tolerate him and his attitude.

Is he on Disability to work? Record him doing a streinous activity and submit it. $560/month.....I wouldn't brag about that. Whatever you do, don't enable him. Don't help him pay his bills and stuff like that. He'll learn. It's better to work than be on disability.
