look for bronze-gold shimmery shadows if you buy a some that come in three's I like to go from darkest to lightest (from lash line to brow bone) then blend. But you shouldn't be afraid of any color you can just use a base color like beige-shimmer or white-shimmer all over the lid (Neutragena has 2good ones they come in lil pots) and get really any color and put it from you lash line to the crease u can purchase good eyeshadows at Target or Wall greens as well as Nordstoms or Sephora my fav is from Covergirl comes with 3 powder shades (Golden Sunset about $4) works with all tones, and according to ALLURE mag. L'Oreal has really good shadows

A dark brown or iridescent eyeshadow would bring out the green in your eyes. Honestly what I do, is use a applicator, put a lighter color on my lower lid and a darker color across the crease in my eyelid. Use an iridescent lighter color to highlight your brow area. A good place to pick up application tips is on TLC's What Not To Wear. I live in LA and it's on channel 52. Toward of the end of the program they do makeup for the person getting a fashion makeover and I have picked up a lot of tips. Good luck.
P.S. how you apply your eyeshadow also depends on your eyeshape, so what might work for one person may not work for another...

Just imagining your face, with the darker skin tone and greenish eyes, I definately have to go with sparkly browns, and golds. You know what would look really cute? Do a smokey eye effect on your top lid, do a darker shimmery brown from the outside, and going inward, lighten it up a bit. On your bottom lid, take a thin makeup brush and dip it in a golden color, and swipe it along your lash line. Really pretty!

good day there Aw you're fairly fortunate to have such dark eyes and tanned epidermis and could earnings from it! Seein as you have such dark eyes, i think of a easy shimmery eye shadow could artwork terrific on ur epidermis tone. consistent with danger attempt a easy gold shade or diffused purples, vegetables or maybe organic tones like brown. Steer faraway from fairly bright chilly form colorations as they're going to do away with out of your heat epidermis tone. yet another tip is to mixture a darker tone of eyeshadow on the crease of your lids and lighter on the sides, making your eyes seem fairly.. wow! wish i helped, have relaxing :)

Try light shades of lavenders and pearly colors....Put darkest above lashes then the second darkest color and put the lightest color under the eyebrow. And you can also highlight the corner of your eye with silver or gold eyeliner to create a more "awake" look.Good luck by the way.

Well first apply foundation on your eyelids (it makes them look smooth) then to match your eyes i'd try a light redish-brownish color for eyeshadow (i have the same color of eyes)
