I listened to a book on tape years ago & I have no clue the name of it. I know it was loosly based on a real person. I think it was told being told by a relative of this woman who was insane. She was a vampire or something and would bath in blood, and it was full of some adult things and sex. Anyone have a clue what I am talking about?

This sounds like "The Trouble With the Pears: An Intimate Portrait of Erzebet Bathory" by Gia Bathory Al Babel:

The book may be "The Blood Countess" and its author is Andrei Codrescu, born in Romania, now writing in English and living in the US. I'm almost sure this is the book you are talking about, because the author also released an audio version of the book, he himself reading some excerpts.
And by the way, I forgot mentioning, the name of the main female character is Elizabeth Bathory.

No idea. The person it's probably based on is Countess Elizabeth Bathory, though, if that helps at all.
