The Office of the President is entitled to respect but it seems many just want to seize every opportunity to undermine and insult the President. Bill Clinton received more respect while in office than the current President, and he was known to be a liar and a womanizer. He pointed his finger at all of us, looked right into the camera, and lied about his relationship with a young intern. And yet, he is such a "good ol' boy", that much of the country just laughed off his antics and looked the other way. I can't recall anyone asking loaded questions like, "Should Clinton be impeached?" or "Do you think Clinton is a bad president?".
Show some respect, even if you don't agree with him on everything. He's human, and he does make mistakes.
But as I recall, so do we.

The man is anything but an idiot.I do not like him and i believe most of his policies have been bad for the country but not because he is stupid , just the opposite. You might not have noticed but this man is president of the U.S.A. this is not a minor achievement as president he managed to get his way almost all the time.I think his problem is hes a smart man surrounded by other smart men who believe that they can ignore history when they make their deductions because this time they will do this ,that or the other that will change the outcome. The world isn't run by stupid people that's why the world is ****** up.Stupid people are afraid they might screw up and make things worse, smart people have it all figured out.

Forced? - A little strong don't you think?
Everyone should respect the position of the President of the United States. Your personal opinions of the man wearing the title shouldn't matter. He is the leader of our country and deserves our respect.
I hate Bill Clinton with a passion but I only say that now that he is not in office. While he was the standing President of this country I respected him for his position. Other than that there was nothing to respect him for.
It's simple really - to those with morals and values.

Which one do you mean, they all have been mediocre at best,it's the power that makes them that way, look at Jimmy Carter,he was useless as a president, and is more vocal now with affairs about the presidency than when he was president

You sure have some American pride. People can hate the president all you want, but as far as I see, he(with some flaws)is doing what he can to protect this country. You should respect him because he is trying to make America better even if it turns out bad. I just contridicted myself oh well, lol.

Sound we be forced to listen to the anti-Bush policy that the Dems are so good at all of the time?...
I think its the only thing they're good at...
Will they still blame Bush forb their mistakes when Bush is out of offices?
Yes, probably... it will be the only way for people to still like them and keep them in power...

you know talking like that about the president is really awful, but anyway, the man is human and going to war was a big decision to make (but let me ask you a small one if someone came to your home and broke up stuff, detroyed your home) would you do something about that. well i think he had every right to do that because those people came in to the USA and made big damage to our city. killed so many of our people, so going to war i beleive its like taking care of your home but on a much larger scale. I take it you didn't vote for him.

You can respect the office without respecting the office holder. Lots of companies have CEO's who are a total waste and they go away after a while. Have patience.
