Have you had your gall bladder checked? That can cause pain like that as well. i didn't think it could either but when I was pregnant I went back into the hospitlal for similar pain 0 after my appendectomy - and they tested my gall bladder. Told me then that the pain can radiate. I would ask about that.

If the ultra sounds ruled out adhesions (which is a common occurrence after surgery) get checked for a hernia sometimes a surgery like c-section can cause a weakness in the muscle and develop a hernia. Also, slight chance it could be an inflamation of the intestines or colon that would cause pain like that.

Sounds like adhesions or scar tissue. It is NOT like that after very operation. Perhaps you need some of those removed although that is no guarantee they will not come back.

I hope you feel better.
