Real green light(the one that you find in a rainbow or when splitting light in a glassprism)cannot be used by green plants. In the first place they are green because they reflect the green light and cannot absorb it.If they get no other light then they can't photosintetise and will live up their resources and they will probably grow the way they would in darkness:long thin yellow shoots desperately trying to reach light.
But if you are talking about putting green shades over the window then I think that wouldn't count as green light.

Plants appear green in color because that wavelength of light is reflected back . If green was the only wavelength applied to the plant, it would not be able to produce by photosynthesis (making "plant food" )and would eventually die.
