I hate leaving Texas, at least for as long as I will be, but the art school in Savannah is a good one. I need advice on everything, I will be moving blindly and I don't know the safe neighborhoods the better schools for a three year old nothing. Any info about Georgia would be helpful at this point.

Hire a babysitter or find a nearby daycare. If you're lower-class, I'm not sure, but maybe you can find a friend to help you or something. I'd be able to help you more if I knew what SCAD was. I think its a University, that's where my answer's coming from.
