get rid of management companies?

I live in a conomplex. I want to get rid of the management company. what do i need to do?

If it's a condo complex, you have to get the condo board to vote on it and have them terminate the management company. If it;s not a condo and you are just a tenant/renter, there is not a whole lot you can do.
