The Chop house is kinda touristy - you wont discover too many Chicagoans in it. i might advise Joe's Steak and Seafood - in case you may get in. between the terrific eating places i've got been in an prolonged time. astonishing steak, besides as stone crabs. Gibsons is an obvious city variety selection. complicated reservation. Upscale Italian- for rather upscale, id think of of Spiaggia. Carmine's and Rosebud on Rush are good too. Tavern on Rush has good food and a calming vibe.

I always enjoy La Viollete in the Northlake/Emory section of town. It's a peasant French restaurant. Which means great food at moderate prices. It's also a restaurant where you never feel rushed.

Prices about on par with TGI Fridays but the quality is not comparable !

There was a soul food buffet on My Block Atlanta on MTV back in the summer that looked good.

It's pricey, but the Summit at the top of the Peachtree Plaza Hotel has excellent food and a great view...

My favorite restaurant is Houstons. A sugggestion for some others include: P.F Cheng or Sotto Sotto.
