Depending what type of relationship you have with your boss. Are you the bosses right hand girl and you do everything to perfection, or did you happen to really blow his mind, LOL and do a lousy job of keeping the books, and he still keeps you on, because you can multi task by, jiggling and humming at the same time. Well either way until you can get out there and make your own job that will allow you not to have a boss per say because everyone will answer to someone in someway or fashion, should only have good things to say about their boss.

That I think he's the bomb. The absolute best. And this office rocks because he has a good heart, a wise soul and an easy way about him. And that we all love him and have made his enemies ours. And we are grateful to be here and you don't have to give us those huge Christmas bonuses because we would still know his generous heart.

Everyone deserves better pay, how do we convince owner?
Please get better training for new hires, or at the very least don't let the worst in the task be involved in new training.

Assuming he/she is a great boss, I would ask him/her to mentor me, and take me to the next level. "train me , train me until I am ready to take/ assume a higher and more rewarding role"
