i want to change myself, for the better. i want to be how i used to be; fun, carefree, positive. my change to a more negative plane has pushed away the love of my life. by negative i mean, i complain, i *****, i sulk, i get panic attacks. i'm always find the negative in things. this isn't me. any tips on how to get back in the right direction?

for the sake of my well-being, for the love of my boyfriend, for the love of my family, i need help. positive and/or insightful responses are welcome. please don't pass judgement.

first you have to find out what is causing your insecurities and fear, because that what this letter sounds like FEAR, there is some thing you do not want to do and it is affecting the rest of your life, so do your research and possibly get counselling help, best of luck, you can turn this around

If you talk to the people in your life that you pushed away and explain that you are trying, I'm sure they will give you a second chance. Just take it day by day. Think before you react.
Have you tried counseling? Even talking to a friend can help.
There are so many stresses in life it's sometimes hard to see the good things. I'm sure you can get back on track. Good luck.
