i want to change myself, for the better. i want to be how i used to be; fun, carefree, positive. my change to a more negative plane has pushed away the love of my life. by negative i mean, i complain, i *****, i sulk, i get panic attacks. i'm always find the negative in things. this isn't me. any tips on how to get back in the right direction?
for the sake of my well-being, for the love of my boyfriend, for the love of my family, i need help. positive and/or insightful responses are welcome. please don't pass judgement.
