Just the opposite according to evolution theory. African Americans are from Africa, and that is where modern science says is the Cradle of Civilization.

Genetically there are diseases that are particular to people of Middle Eastern descent.

And there are diseases that are particular to Africans, and those descended from them.

They are seldom found in the same people, so the answer would be, Africans and the people of Israel are different genetic branches, thus different people.

No, they are decendents of people who live in Africa. The Hebrews never lived in Africa. Read your Bible and you will know that the Hebrews existed in the Middle East.
