Basically you need some tight leggings or breeches. (the type that button at the knee were very popular this summer in cropped pants so you might be able to find them on sale). White knee socks with slipper shoes, a coat with tails, and a white shirt with white cravat (neck tie). I included two websites with pictures and paintings of mens wear in the 1800's in the source section. Every thing should be easy to find on sale or at thrifts stores except the coat with tails. Still many Men often have a tux with tails so ask around at church or check out the thrift stores in your area. Good Luck!

It looks like they wore the long coat tails (think Pride & Prejudice or Emma) with the tight pants and hats.
I listed a website that goes into detail. Good luck.

Go to the local Salvation army and pick up oversized guy clothes.
