Unfortunately I do not know who is exactly in the Phantom of the Opera but I would have Major Bloodnok as the phantom and it would have to be Min as the heroine, with plucky Neddy Seagoon as the hero.

The phantom = Peter Sellers.
The woman = Harry Secombe in drag.
All other roles = Spike Milligan.

Eric Idle would be the Phantom, and he would perform all songs with a pet turtle.
Michael Palin would be the perfect Christine, but would burp a lot of the lines.
John Cleese would be ... er (I don't know any more characters from Phantom of the Opera)... John cleese would be the well-loved Opera janitor, wearing yellow dust-rags and a tennis racquet over his left shoulder.
