at the age of what? type a little slower, how am i supposed to answer you? if you 12 then i cant help you, if you are 18 or older then i can prob help you get a loan. call me, at 203-729-8900, or if its after 5 pm eastern time, you can call me on my cell phone (very privilaged) at 203-410-4427. i will do everything in my power to get you a loan, i am a private broker, not a bank, the reason why a bank wont talk to you is because they suck and they are bastards, i have over 100 private lenders and banks at my disposal, that call us on a daily basis to ask for people like you. i'm the real deal, and if you want to buy a house, i will help you, if anyone can do it its me, and if i cant do it, then no one else can either. i want you as a client, call me and lets get started.

Not sure what you're asking, but if banks won't help you, there are a ton of brokers and loan officers that can offer help. But learn about mortgage and credit before you go out looking for a loan.

As long as you are of legal contractual age they cannot deny you a mortgage based on your age. 18 - 88, it's all the same.

I have a friend whose son qualified for a mortgage and bought his first home just after his 19th birthday.

as long as you're 18 and have sufficient funds/credit, the banks legally are supposed to consider you.
