Sometimes when I bring one leg up and hug it a little at my desk, that helps, and a lot of warm water. the heat helps soothe pain. And a little cafine helps too. Good Luck,
don't you wish Eve didn't eat the apple.

First of all, take some asprin asap. Next, if there is a dry cloth around (if your in a larger office, there might be some clean ones in a supply closet). Wet it and stick it in a microwave for 15-20 seconds, apply this to your abdomen, it's an instant heat pack. I know how you feel, I actually have prescription pills for my cramps.

if ur in a hurry to get rid of them take motrin or something i never suggest drugs personally they dont help
drink plenty of water. that should help. u'll have to pee soon tho but water does help maybe try to change ur posture. other than that try to not think about it. i kno it can be bad sometimes but ignoring it can make repress it a little...the things we women go thru!
feel better :-)

I know how that is! Sit back on your chair and breath deeply. Also try massaging your shoulders and back. When in doubt, take Midol.

Walk.

Really it is best at this point to go home and take something to ease the pain. Like wine, it relaxes everything.

TRY STANDING. SOMETIMES IF YOU ADJUST YOUR POSITION IT HELPS.
