My husband actually has a name for my "alter-ego" it can be that bad. Personally I feel like I can't stand to be in my own skin, everything irritates me, I have a seriously short fuse (when usually I'm a REALLY patient person) I'm restless, sarcastic, and mean. The only thing that helps is leaving me alone. I listen to alot of angry music, watch some violent movies (basically music and movies that match my mood) and in about a day, it's over! And some months it's worse, some months it's better! It can suck to be a woman!

Most women act a little pissed during PMS because of the cramping pain and doesn't feel like being bothered, but others tend to be much happier than usual when they have PMS.

Just a general annoyance with people, impatience, dislike of myself and my appearance. All of these are very subtle things, that I often don't realize it's PMS until it's over. I think I'm slightly irrational during that time, as well.

Oh, and thank you for asking, and attempting to understand.

All women are individual in that respect, we all suffer it in different ways.

For me mentally I feel very tired and sometimes really angry and I snap easily. Although some months Im ok, it just depends on whether im run down or not I think.

Sometimes it makes you feel like you are going crazy. Most times you don't even realize you feel crabby, it just comes out and you can't help it. It really messes with your emotions! One minute you feel fine and the next you are crying, hence the feeling of gong crazy!

I actually feel my brain go through a chemical change, and then I can't control the rage I feel. I tell my family they should just leave me alone.
