urjent doesn't mean anything it's gibberish. As is most of what you've written. The sad thing is that there's a spell check provided by Yahoo! Answers. All you have to do is click it and it will make you look far less like a moron.

there is no word spelled urjent. But there is a word spelled like this-urgent which means calling for immediate action or attention

URGENT means ASAP. If you spell it right you can find it in a dictionary. Even if you don't spell it right you can find it in a dictionary. Its fun to look words up. You should try it more often.
